PF hard rock counterattack is an efficient and powerful coarse and medium breaking equipment developed by our company. Impact Crusher can be used to crush a variety of materials with a compressive strength of up to 320 MPa. When the compressive strength of the material does not exceed 150 MPa, it can be used as a primary crushing equipment. When the compressive strength exceeds 150 MPa, it can be used for secondary crushing operations. Adjusting the clearance between the counterplate and the rotor can change the material's particle size, and can also be used for fine work. Working principle: The impact crusher uses centrifugal force and flushing force to complete crushing machinery for crushing materials. After the machine is started, under the drive of the motor, the rotor runs at a high speed, the material enters the counterattack cavity, and the plate is installed on the rotor. The hammer collided to form a crushing and was then thrown toward the counterattack plate to form an impact crusher again. As the material continued to descend, it was thrown repeatedly by the plate hammer to the first, second and third counterattack plates, forming multiple impact crushing in the counterattack cavity. After the particle size is reached, it is discharged from the discharge port to complete the crushing process.
