■ Has two kinds of technologies: Cycling semi-dry method, Lime gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization technology:
■ Desulfurization Equipment Basic principle: Cycling semi-dry method or NID technology: Lime (CaO) or Ca(OH)2 powder is used as desulfurizing agent, after digestion, it is neutralized with So2 in flue gas, and the final product is in a state of dry powder with bag filter. Or electrostatic precipitator collection.
Lime/limestone-gypsum wet desulphurization technology: after de-dusting flue gas, lime or limestone slurry is used as desulfurizer to absorb S02, and the final product is gypsum.
■ Desulfurization Equipment Performance parameters: Cycling semi-dry method: When the ratio of calcium to sulfur is 1.2~1.3, the desulfurization rate can reach 90%.
Wet process technology: Calcium-sulfur ratio ≤ 1.05, desulfurization rate above 95%.
■ Desulfurization Equipment Applications: Flue gas desulphurization of coal-fired power plants and Dingye Furnaces. Usually the semi-dry method of circulation is suitable for units of 300 MW or less. The lime/limestone wet method is suitable for large-scale units.
■ Desulfurization Equipment Features: Cycling and semi-dry method: compact structure, simple process, small footprint, low investment, low operating cost, no sewage generation, and high cost performance.
